Worlds Dumbest Criminal Gets Caught With Pot Stuck To His Head
Police in Pennsylvania nabbed a real pothead – literally. A police officer spotted 29-year-old Cesar Lopez inside a convenience store with a bag of marijuana stuck to his forehead. It seems Cesar was hiding his pot inside his baseball cap when it slipped down onto his forehead while he was in the store. The officer peeled the bag off Cesar’s head and arrested him.
