Worlds Dumbest Criminal Gets Caught With Pot Stuck To His Head

Police in Pennsylvania nabbed a real pothead – literally.  A police officer spotted 29-year-old Cesar Lopez inside a convenience store with a bag of marijuana stuck to his forehead.  It seems Cesar was hiding his pot inside his baseball cap when it slipped down onto his forehead while he was in the store.  The officer peeled the bag off Cesar’s head and arrested him. Dumb Criminal With Munchies Found Eating in Grocery Store

Smoking weed is well known to cause the “munchies”. Most people smoke weed then chips and soda at home. We have all seen the movies that a group of young people perched around a bong. Laughing hysterically and scarfing done large amounts of food. Today’s Daily Dumbass was no different. However, this dumb criminal found a very unusual way to feed his munchies.

Police were called to Cashwise Foods in Bismarck South Dakota. Police arrived at 2:45 A.M. to find our dumb criminal still in the store. Workers found our dumb criminal sitting at a table eating a pleuthora of grocery store goods. Huffington Post reported, “Police Lt. Randy Ziegler said the 38-year-old man was intoxicated and had a hearty spread, including cake, cookies and plums, in the deli area of Cashwise Foods about 2:45 a.m. Tuesday” (Drunk Man Found At Grocery Store Eating Avocados, 2009). The dumb criminal was arrested for misdemeanor stealing charges.

Man Arrested after advertising Weed on Craigslist

You can find ads for almost anything imaginable on the internet. Sites like Craigslist have become home to thousands of ads selling everything from furniture to toothpicks. A man from Quincy Illinois decided that he wanted to sell Marijuana over Craigslist. The decision would turn this 30 year old from Quincy Illinois into a dumb criminal.

Christopher Gary knew enough not to use the terms marijuana or weed on Craigslist, however, his ad was never very hard to figure out. The Inquisitir reported “The ad stated “420 help is here. Give me a ring if you need some help.” and listed his phone number in the ad” (Guy Posts Craigslist Ad Selling Pot – Gets busted For Selling Pot, 2009). You may not be familiar with the term “420″. 420 is believed to have started  in a California High School in the 1970s. It was used to  let people know what time  of day they would be smoking marijuana. In recent years,  it  has changed  from a time to a date (April 20th). People have been found holding  large parties to smoke pot  on April  20th.
